When Christ ascended to Heaven after his resurrection he left the Church with a very specific mission to "make disciples" (Matthew 28:19). At Cornerstone we are committed to this processs of making disciples by encouraging all people to pursue a growing, authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. As part of this process we have identified five characteristics of someone who is in a growing, authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. These characteristics are Committed, Competent, Connected, Contributing, and Creative. Each year, we ask the people of Cornerstone to complete this Personal Growth Assessment so that we can evaluate and improve what we are doing as a church. The information gained from this form is important to the ministry of Cornerstone. It helps us to determine future strategies and gain insight into where to strengthen/focus our efforts. This process will also give you an opportunity to examin your commitment to God, His purposes, and His people. It will also help you to develop a plan for a deeper commitment in the upcoming year. Your responses will be held in strict confidentiality. Thank you, in advance, for your faithfulness.
